Recently he was recognized among the top 1.5% of real estate agents across the country by RealTrends, as seen in the Wall Street Journal.
Jamie works with buyers, sellers, investors and builders throughout the Northern Virginia and Washington, D.C. marketplace. An agent since 2009, Jamie’s unique experience runs the gamut. He has handled the sales at more than a dozen new construction developments. He has represented first-time buyers as well as seasoned homeowners making their next move. He has found opportunities for long-term investors looking to buy and hold and builders / contractors who need to quickly maximize profit.
Jamie has sold 200+ year old historic homes, newly constructed ultra-modern residences, and everything from urban condos to single-family estates. He owns an investment property and has been through the renovation process at his primary residence. He even has experience selling commercial properties! This breadth of knowledge helps Jamie provide the nuanced guidance his clients deserve resulting in ideal outcomes.
Jamie is a native of the area and grew up in Alexandria, Virginia. He attended Gonzaga High School in Washington, D.C. and received a degree in Business from the University of Mary Washington. Prior to his career as a real estate agent, Jamie worked as a research analyst providing developers and institutional investors with market analysis and consulting, including pricing and design recommendations. He currently lives in the Wakefield Forest neighborhood of Fairfax County with his wife and two children. In his free time Jamie enjoys playing tennis, trying to find the fairway on area golf courses, and watching Formula 1 racing.
